How do I place an order?
You can place orders directly through our website. Select your items, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout where you'll provide delivery details and choose payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. For online payments, we'll provide payment details during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days. Express delivery available in Dhaka (same day for orders before 12PM).
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Can I track my order?
Yes, after order confirmation you'll receive tracking details via SMS/email. You can also contact our customer service for updates.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or wrong items. The item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Contact our customer service to initiate returns.
