We deliver nationwide with different timeframes depending on your location.
Inside Dhaka Delivery
Standard Delivery
- 1-3 business days
- Free delivery for orders over ৳1000
- ৳60 delivery charge for orders below ৳1000
- Delivery time: 10AM - 8PM
Express Delivery
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12PM
- ৳150 additional charge
- Delivery within 4-6 hours
We cover all areas within Dhaka city including Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Uttara, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Outside Dhaka Delivery
Divisional Cities
- 2-5 business days
- ৳120-৳180 delivery charge depending on location
- Includes Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh
District Areas
- 3-7 business days
- ৳150-৳250 delivery charge
- Delivery through trusted courier services
For remote areas, delivery time may vary. Our customer service will contact you if there are any delivery restrictions to your location.
Delivery Process
- After order confirmation, you'll receive an SMS/email with tracking details
- Our delivery team will call you 1 hour before arrival
- Please have your order number ready for verification
- For Cash on Delivery, please prepare exact amount
- Inspect your package before accepting delivery
